hi friends this is surendra.The govt of AP,for the first time in the HISTORY OF THE STATE AND THE COUNTRY is starting a program called S.T.P (SPECIAL TRAINING PROGRAM)for the SC/ST/BC & Minorities in collaboration with a company like Infosys.There will be 100% job assurance.
First batch was started on 29/10/2007 in MLR Institute of Technology, Dundigal, Hyderabad.I am a student who is undergoing the training in this.I have got extremely benefitted from this program.It is again going to train 600 students from A.P.Take it serious.

The process will be a aptitude test and personal interview which not at all needs any tension.

Hey dude! Congrats to you dat you got benefitted.
But there are many dude's who are angry that they opted for this program. Bcause there is very limited placements. 1 in 30 get's palced. And the rest are provided Lecturer or lab incharge jobs in far districts.

So it's risky dude what I can say!
