Covering letter

Hi everybody,

Please tell me how to apply to the jobs appearing in this forum .Do I have to write a covering letter (if yes, please send me some formats for a covering letter) or just attach my resume?? What should I write in the 'Subject' field of the email? What is the 'reference' in some jobs?? Do I have to quote it somewhere ??

if anybody has their interview questionns .
