Iam himabindu.I completed my MCA in 2005.Iam trying for a job.Regarding this site"SURESH KUMAR.NET" I have a doubt "to participate in ur daily contests to get a job,how i can proceed".pls help me.how to get gifts also when i participate in our discussion.

Hi Bindu,

You got the zeal to participate in the forum and also to get some gifts. Put it in actions... it is not very difficult. Just go through the posts in different forums (either technical or non technical) and post the answers if you know any. In some posts, if you have links to the documents, you can post them rather answering the post directly....

If you don't know the answer, look for the answers others give and thus you can improve your knowledge and thus, better oppertunities to get a job. Personally I feel, this is all about learning, by teaching.

Don't waste time. Start from now itself. Go through the posts and see what contribution you can make. Don't bother to add your post even if some one has anwered the question already. Look if you can reframe the answer in a better way with different words or with different examples.... success or what ever you are looking, follows you automatically.

But, let me tell you one thing clearly. Take this as a learning process but not a way to earn money or gifts or fame. Only knowledge will accompany you through out your life. Its not gifts or fame or money.

THE MORE KNOWLEDGE YOU SHARE, THE MORE YOU WILL GET.

HI Bindu,

Yours is a genuine doubt (even i too got the doubt), but this is a wonderful forum where u can find people who r working in no. of companies around India (and hyd) and even there r many job seeker like u..

This forum is a place where u can post ur doubts (Technical,BG,HR) and u can get answers fromreal time people..

As is ur case, even though we hav sound technical knowledge we need to express it correctly to reach the interviewer, for that u need to hav a good practice, we can get that practice by participating in this forums and expressing ur views regarding a topic, u can even post a topic and raise a discussion which can beheard by 35,000(employees n job seekers) people across the globe .

Regarding gifts, companies gives us work then pay us, to be paid well we need to contribute ourself...

Just start posting and participating in this forums i really wish u ill get gifts and even an appreciation certificate from Sureshkumar.net which can be included in ur resume as achievement..
