Resolving Client issues by phone / mail.
Attending customer requests for missing transcripts.
Helping customers set up auto upload application along with other relevant software
Troubleshooting issues that customers have with various software applications either through phone / remotely.
Sending invoices to clients and following up on payments.
Updating 48 hours TAT (Turn Around Time) report.

Desired Profile:

- Good Verbal communication skills
- Keyboarding skills.
- Knowledge of MS-Office.
- Neutral accent.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Credentials and Experience:
- Graduate from any stream.
- 1-2 years international calling experience
