Job Title: Associate Manager (Human Resources).
Experience: 3+ Yrs to 6 Yrs.
Work Location: Hyderabad.

Job Description:

· He / She would be playing the role of BU-HR(Business Unit - HR).
· Would be handling all the day to day HR transactions.
· Responsible in driving all the employee engagement activities.
· Maintain and develop HR metrics for his / her BU.
· He / She should be aggressive to ensure seamless implementation of all the HR interventions and work proactively.
· Would be responsible for Employee development initiatives.
· He / She must be proactive, dynamic, adaptive , strong in data analytics and open to learn.
