Education Qualification:
Pharma Recruiter: B.Pharma/B.Tech Biotechnology
Healthcare Recruiter: Bachelors of Science in Nursing / Bachelor of Arts in Health Care Administration (BAHCA)/ Bachelor of Business Administration in Health Care Management) / Bachelors in Physiotherapy.


Job Profile :
· We are looking to augment our existing recruiting team with 10 strong “Trainee Recruiters” who aspire to make career in the field of US recruitment.
· Job involves, understanding the requirements generated by the sales people, sourcing the profiles, screening, negotiation on rate, coordination and closing.
· Selected candidates will get 1 month training and real time experience in end-to-end recruitment process before comes on-board.
· Willing to work in Night Shifts are preferred.

- Strong in communication and interpersonal skills.
- Having the attitude to learn new things and implementing them.
- Self motivated and have the ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
- Internet savvy.
- Willing to work in US (Night) shifts.
