Job Description :
Candidates should be qualified Chartered Accountants or Cost Accountants. Candidates having exposure to computerized accounting system will be given preference.
Training period : One year
Stipend for the training period : Rs. 12,000/- per month.

Scale of pay & remuneration: On satisfactory completion of training for one year, the Executive Trainee (Accounts) will be considered for appointment to the post of Accounts Officer on an initial basic pay of Rs. 8,250/- per mensum in the scale of pay of Rs. 8250-250-9250-275-13650 (under revision) plus DA, HRA and other allowances. In such cases they will have to execute an agreement to serve the Company for a minimum period of 3 years after completion of training.

2:- Executive Trainees [ Job Code : KMML/4 ]
Salary : 12000.00 TO 14000.00
No of Vacancies : FIFTEEN

Job Description :
1. Chemical 9 Posts (4 SC)
2. Mechanical 4 Posts (1 SC, 1 ST)
3. Electrical 2 Posts (1 ST)

Candidate should possess a degree in Engineering in the respective branches with minimum 70% marks for general categories and 60% marks for SC/ST candidates.
Training period : 2 years
Stipend for the training period : Rs.12,000/- per month in first year, Rs.14,000/- per month in second year

Scale of pay & remuneration: On satisfactory completion of training the Executive trainees will be considered for appointment to the available posts of Process Engineer/Plant Engineer as the case may be, on an initial basic pay of Rs.8250/- per mensum in the scale of pay of Rs. 8250-250-9250-275-13650 (under revision) plus DA and other allowances. In such cases they will have to execute an agreement to serve the company for a minimum period of 3 years after completion of training.

Age as on 01.12.2008
Not above 45 years for posts at Sl.No.1, 38 years for post at Sl.No.2 and 28 years for posts at Sl.No.3 & 4, relaxable in case of SCs/STs/OBCs etc. as per Company’s rules.
