I can forward workflow ppt which helps u to get the overview and clear picture of it.

I have basic idea about workflow.

Idont know how to integrate ALE with workflow.I will be happy if u can provide some help reagarding that.

Hi Keerthi,

i have sent the work floww presentation and s/w to open it to ur ID. this Workflow presentation is lotus notes presetation. so u need to install the s/w first to open it.
if u face problem in installing the software, get the help from the GOOGLE by searching "How to open the .prz files"

Let me know if u face any difficulty in it..

Regarding the Workflow integration, can u explain ur requirementbreifly so that i can help u ...
