hi all
i m new here. well i m a fresher n i v jus completed BSc IT thru distance education. i m pretty much interested in SAP and ERP industry. can u guys guide me through how i sud proceed learning SAP. or sud i do some other programming job first and gain some experience n then go into SAP field. wat is ABAP. is it programming ERP solutions in SAP platform?? i m from mumbai thanks Last edited by iinfi; 30-08-06 at 01:49 AM. |

hi frd,
1st let me tell u as far as i knw all SAP consultants should've B.tech or B.E or MCA. many companies mention v want so and so exp & they should have those degrees. coming to ABAP, to learn ABAP u require some programing knowledge in C. if u knw C & ifu r capable of writing small programs u can learn ABAP.ABAP is the basic module in SAP frm where we will extract data from r/3,and many more aplications.all tht u need to learn ABAP is to have knw in C language.u better to inquire in some institutes with placement assistance so tht they can help u in job hunt also.i dont knw abt mumbai institutes. |

there is one institute here which will cost me 50k for ABAP course. but again i m a BSc not BE or MCA. |

fee cost 50k i think its too high.wat they r providing means any real time proj & real time training.r u talking abt PAC?have u inq abt ur qualification with them?r they providing placement assistance & real time projects? make sure of all these que.dont join blindly... |
