Rep Power: 2 | urgent...breaking one sided aggrement(bond) Hi I have same problem in my company.First i have asked for transfer to place where my wife is working but after rude reply i have given interview of another company and i got selected with higher package and my desired location.But that company is asking for rilieveing latter of my current company.I have one sided bond with them for 2lakhs for 2 yeas and i joined company in july-2007 as a fresher.So kindly tell me how i can ask for rilieving letter to current company without paying amount and if i produce fake rilieving letter then what can be the consequences?because i have 2 months time to produce that letter to new company and i have joining in next month i.e. july-2008. |

Rep Power: 4 | Re: urgent...breaking one sided aggrement(bond) Until and unless you get relieving letter i dont think you can get into the new company...coming to yours Fake Experience...once if you are caught with the new employer that you have produced fake experience your career will be ruined(if you are blacklisted by the company). One option you have is that u can produce a Medical Certificate that yours health is not good in the location where you are working( I dont thnk these kind of tactics works out , nwayz u can give a try) Finally my suggestion would be just complete the rest of the working period with urs current employer and then you can try for another job(2+yrs Exp ppl can get good job offers these days). You have waited for quite long time. Why dont you wait for somemore time. Anywayz this is my suggestion as a Senior Employee. Good Luck!!! :) |

Rep Power: 1 | Re: urgent...breaking one sided aggrement(bond) Frankly speaking there is a lot of debate going on whether bond is legal or illegal, it really depends on the type of bond. Most of the bond are illegal as there are only one-sided only for the benefit of the employer with no clause of quiting from the bond. The clauses must be fair it must be two sided. Breaking a bond would be called as breach of service bond and prosecution may be done against the defaulter if only employer wishes. ______________________________ forex managed account next day cash |
