What should i do?HELP

Hi,
I joined a company 2.5 months before , i attened interview ,only one technical round and then HR round , they told me to join immediatly, that time i was working as a trainee in other organisation without salary, but here in new company i put one plus exp, and i told them that i have bound, for coming here i need one month notice period , so the new company hr told that we are facing the deadling for the project,we don't want any thing u joing from tommarow , i joined and worked for 2.5 months from morning 8 to 11 or some time night outs also but after completion of the project they did third party verification and two days before they terminate me, and without giving me last month salary also,i worked very hard last month and i m now in lot of depression ,what should i do now,plz any body give me good advice,I worked on dotnet.

I feel sorry for what has happen with you, though we work hard some times people may not be able to recognise it, that is not our problem, all i want to say is take it as a good experience and try to be positive(ofcourse i can understand the level of depression presently ur in now), you dont have any other option than taking it as a good experience in life, and try to analyse where the things went wrong, try to correct them, dont QUIT, TRY TRY N TRY TILL YOU SUCCEED....

hi dear i can feel ur feelings,but u please dont be depressed.eventhough u have not got the salary,i feel that the experience u gained from that company will never leave u.so u please dont feel for it.use all those exp inorder to get the new job.work hard to get the job.if u can work for the company hard why cant u .so workhard you can.bye........

yeah, vivek is wise person. what he said is right. u r not the only one to whom this thing has happened. these things happens to thousands of persons everyday and some of them i know pwersonally but move ahea. if u will keep on thinking abt that u won't be able to move ahead. and frm next time work only as much as other expect from u. working overtime to impress u'r boss will not help.

From ur point of view ur right and I have a sympathy for u.
Now let us look the case from company view point.

suppose u are running a company and u need a person urgently
based on certain criteria

And u discovered that the selected employee deceived.

then what u will do ?

1.throw him out...
2.forgive him
3.you still need him so keep him....
4.ur getting other emloyee for same price..then ??

U r the victim of one of situation of real world , that happens with all at some point of time....

then forget all and start again.......because when going get tough ....u know

So u have to face that pain whether u like it or not .....so try to ignore what had happened to u.
