hi friend,
Could u tell me what can i do. I read and write good english but i cant able to speak english. when i talk in english with someone i have such type of hesitation and nervousnes. Please help me .

hi gomesh,
no need to hestitate.....speak english wether its wrong or right u keep on speaking...tell to ur frds tht if i'm wrong correct me so tht u can knw mistakes.
the best way is to participate over here in HR & GD rounds ...and u can read other ppl ways also how they r gvng their answers.
daily for 10 or 15mins u practise by urself like gve on any topic small speech infornt of the mirror.....assume like there r lots of friends & so many ppl r there infront of u and u r presenting seminar....u can observe the way u r presenting & the way u r speaking when u r dng tht process.......indeed it helps alot ......daily for 10mins do tht one it really works.....u'll be perfect in speaking also.....try tht procedure....

What u can say i can do that .Due to this i got little bit of improvement in my english. I have one problem that when i am speaking some thing,what i want to speak i didn't speak. I want to say that i didn't know the english of some words at the moment. Therfore I didn't speak continously.How i solve this problem.

hi gomesh,
means u wanna say ..while u r speaking english u didnt remember some words at tht moment rite...
no probs at all....may be its old procedure just learn 3 or 4 words daily..& try to use them while u r practising & daily try to memorize those words.
if u get eenadu paper every saturday u'll get pratibha book ..in tht they'll provide nice articles & nice info abt eng how to speak and all.....try to read tht book.
just learn daily 3words it is enogh..use them while u r practising. and also read english news papers u'll get an idea how to use the words...
one sugg frd.....try to participate in HR & GD rounds over here so tht u'll get an idea how to present..and also u can read other posts & try to gve ur best & use the words wat u learnt.....

depends, r u a fresher or experienced, did u Graduate from IT / Non-IT related course ?..

as far as jobs in hardware side is concerned..u should not have much problems. U will have to start off in a small organization (look in your local newspaper), initially. But once u hav @ least one year experience, you can shift to other organization with much better pay.
