2 Years back i have attended an interview.Sorry forgot the name of the company but itis in hyderabad.I always dream about getting a good job & i always feel that i can easilyget a job with that over confidence I went to my first interview.Crossed technical around a bit hard next is HR interview. They asked me the first question " Tell me about your self ? " My body was started shivering. I was not able to give answers in a cool manner.Finally they kicked me out from that round..What I learned from my first interview.. 1: Over confidence never works. I need to focus on how toanswer all these questions. 2: I started writing everything in a note book. Practiced everyday by giving answers to my self & to walls & in front of mirror. 3: Purchased a nice book on “How to face interviews & GD“ practiced a lot every day. I don’t knowwhat happened after 45 days of practice I have attended my next interview in GOOGLEfor the position Adwords representative.After few days I got call from google that I got selected .Wow what an amazing moment in my life. I was happy like anything. My suggestions to all:[/b] Never thinkthat getting a job is very easy. We need to sharpen our skills before we aregoing to face our interview & aptitude exam.1 : write down your strengths & weaknesses on the paper. Work every day constantly to improve your skills 2: Fallow few good books & actively participate in thiskind of forums.3: If you practice well enough confidence will comeautomatically 4: Never over estimate your self & under estimate yourself. 5: Learn from other people failures & success.*************************************Intelligence may fail sometimes but hard worknever fails [img]smileys/smiley1.gif[/img]Edited by: Yahoo

Thanks for sharing your experience. But one point I think is most impotent for reach your mile stone that is your point number 5 (Learn from other people failures & success.)
