My first experience

Two years back i attended the campus interview for the job in call center.I forgot the name of the company as it was not very popular.

Interviewer had a talk with me 4 half an hour and tested my communication skill.My words came out with confidence as i was fearless ,bcos i don't had a idea of joining that company as i hoped to continue my further studies.I got a call letter with in a month.But i din't go 4 a job and joined MCA

And this year september i attended the campus interview conducted by slash support.But i din't perform well out of fear.Even for simple questions i am unable to answer well bcos i was dumped with fear as i thoughtit was my life.

So,my kind suggestion is Don't allow fear to eat u.Think that interview is only to select u.

but automatically fear pops out of our mind coz we take it seriously..

Yeah meera ur right.Thats the difference between the achiver and a looser.Fear blocks many things which we can do easily.Thanks for giving ur experience.[img]smileys/smiley1.gif[/img]

Yes you are correct....
your mind set at the time of interview makes difference... Try to keep it positive.

But, in reality it is not so easy and it don't come whenever we want. We have to get it slowly....

hello

Confidence on them self is very essential . Becoz it eliminates
fear and keeps us at stable level .... See we might not be gud at all
the things but what ever we have we need to project it at right way ..
For that u need to be brave a bit ...

No fears ya ... THEY WONT EAT US AFTERALL ..

yah if v feel fear then words wont come out ....so when attending for
interview if it difficult also v've to keep it a side & v've to
fell free to express & littile smile on our face to hide tht fear
then things go normally.........
