My Interview Experience With Ascendum

hello evry one



I had my First Test with Ascendum ....A gud company infact



The Recruitment process is like



1 Aptitude Test-- 25



2 Technical Section JAVA , C, C++



Here in u have to choose any one section .. SINCE I KNOW 3 LANGUAGES i answered all



To my surprise i scored top amounst 30 candidates .



I was the First candidate to start with Interview process



I went studiously .. preparing all stuff



The interview started cooly



1 Tell Me ab urself



I told ab my parents , my acads, my interest as novels , paiting and all



2 Then he was asking ab my Interested Courses in acads



I told him maths , psychology , C ect



3 SOme questions reg that



4 Then came to Technical part



He took the my test paper and started asking answers from that



I answered all the questions of aptitude since it wa svery easy



Technical part



1 What are Constructors in java



2 what are abstract classes



3 what is string buffer



4 what are the uses of abstract classes



Then they asked an algorithem for sorting



i wrote that



i have answered all the questions in gud way and that person
appreciated me too But At last i dint cleared the round.. I tried to
find out the reason behind this which still remain mystary .. to me

I dint get tensed and was bold while answering the questions tooo



I later concluded that Well U neednt have to answer all the questions
some times answering all might show the inetreviuewer that HE/SHE wont
be for long time .



THIS IS MY FIRST STRANGE INTERVIEW ..



The people who have been selected were people who dint know much of java , c , c++ :(
