problem with oracle
In my system(windows XP 2000) oracle and d2k(developer 2000)are installed. now, i m not able to connect to oracle when i try to open oracle its giving error as "oracle initialization or shutdown in process" how to make oracle work again.is oracle not working due to installtion of d2k any ideaa...
