LOSS OF MESSAGES

Hi friends,

i got a problem!!!

when we log into a messenger, all the offline messages will be popped
in one single window for us, i would like to know where these offline
messages will be stored, to view them again,

I had a problem, when i opened my messenger and there is a sudden
power failure, all the offline messages have gone, i lost some imp
information, this has happeded thrice for me , can any one help me how
to overcome this problem!!

u need 2 have ur msg archieve active 2 view the msgs ... offlines as well chatg msgs ll b stored there .....
