I WANT TO DESIGN A SIMPLE FM RADIO(POCKET SIZE).CAN ANYONE PROVIDE ME CIRCUIT FOR RADIO OR PROVIDE ME LINKS .

if u need a FM transmitter, u can get that easily on net. But if u want to make a receiver, then u need to use CXA1619M chip from SONY. u can get that chip easily frm delhi. without that chip, u simply forget making a receiver on ur own using passive components. Also, u will need standard FM radio inductors. they r very crucial for the exact working of the circuit.

If teacher has given u this assignment, then do one thing. go to market ask for FM receiver plate, get that for Rs. 45, paste it on the pcb, wrap it in a box or paper. take the wires out and show it to the teacher. if u want to do reserach on ur own or are bugged by the spirit to make a 'POCKET SIZE" radio of ur own to sell it in the market or to present it to ur gf to impress her by ur skills, then better start looking for some other girl who can make a receiver for u!!
