How to add dynamic objects to object repository?

There are 3 ways to add objects to the object repository.
1. Use add objects option in the object repository. We can add any object as a single object or a parent object, along with all its children.
2. Choose view/ add object option from the active screen.
3. Insert a step in your test or component for a selected object from the active screen.
