To add up few more details, we can also give - Versions of related products (db, app server or web server and so on... if required) - Port number (if required) - General or security bug (if security is a criteria for our product/project) - Customer name (in case of customer bugs) - Expected behaviour ( how the flow should be, without the bug) Thanks, Krishna
