Rep Power: 3 | whether to take a dare step or not hi i have completed my mca in 04 and from there i worked as lecturer but few months before i left the job,now i want to get entry in to it field , one of my friends is working on mq he adviced me to learn the”ibms mb and mq” tool to get a job quickly, he also adviced me to learn java since iam staying at hyd ,i think it may take some 6 to 8 months to learn both java and mq.but he told me that i will definitely get a job once i learn them.my problem is iam having so many friends in testing field they can provide materials and other stuff and they told me that it may hardly take 2 months to study them, but they told me that there is a huge competition is going on testing tools(mercury tools) ,iam in a bit confusion whether go for testing or go for above tech ,can u pls advice me what to do ? whether I should take a dare step to spend time to learn java and mb&mq or just learn testing and straight away attending interviews which will be the best option pls post thanks®ards kousik |

Rep Power: 9 | Re: whether to take a dare step or not Its True that Testing is easier comparitively. But It all depends on your field of interest. As you have done MCA, you will not have to start any from scartch . You already know some basics. So focus on your field of interest, and ask yourself if you will be satisfied in your jobafter 4 or 5 years. Then dare to step out!! Good luck!
