I hv an interview next week , It mainly focuses on QTP and VB scripting.
I need some live exampls for vbscripting for an application.

Could any one help me by giving tht info pls.

mainly in QTP they r asking Descriptive programming and Frame work means which frame work follows in ur compony
user defined functions
mostly they asking VB script in Login function
object identifications
these r asking mostly....

depending on the project,we r selecting the framework.
keyword driven,functional based,hybrid .... frameworks are there.
take the Login application
iam giving the sample descriptive programming for Login screen

mostly we r using the object identification to write the descriptive programming.

hi,
already i given some information about the Framework,
object repositories are two types
1.per action(.mtr)
2.shared repository(.tsr)
descriptive programming means without creating the object repository for the application we can execute the scripts means the tool should identify all the objects in the application without knowing the object repository.
in qtp recovery scenario are there menas we are recover the application in the situation of unexpected problem.for that we r using the recovery scenarios.
manager means it's guide to us how to define the recovery scenarios.
obejct identification means we can see the all the object properties without recording.

in qtp mostly we r using vb scripting.
regular expression menas its a srting and mostly used incomplex serch phases.
same loop concepts are there in vb scripts that all r used in qtp
