Could anybody from the forum explain to me what is the Master/Strategic Test Plan? Who designs and develops it and how is it different from the Normal Test Plan being developed for each levels of Testing? At what stage is the Master/Strategic Test Plan developed ? Is it developed for each and every new Test Project that comes along?
