hi,

i have completed by B.E and after that i was working with Dell process in a call center and recently i have completed by Software testing Course from SQTL mumbai. and want to apply somewhere as a fresher.

i had posted my resume on a number of website but didn't get any calls?

can someone suggest me some good company where i can apply as a fresher?

Nazir what do you mean by this ?
Why don't you go at the root cause of why you are not getting calls?
Find out the reason. Is there any mistake from you..
Is something wrong with your cover letter? or may be something wrong with your resume or may be you are applying for experienced openings..

There can be so many reasons... Figure out try to correct the mistakes..

Hi Nazir,
Looking at your resume.... I want to share some pioints with you.

1.You said that you want to work as a tester.. In your career goal you have mentioned that the company must be involved in ITES. By Seeing ITES people will generally think that it’s a BPO.. SO pl remove it and be clear
2.I feel whatever you have mentioned in the 2 nd page of your resume must come in the first page after your career goal… Except Passport and personal details, put all your skills set in the first page
3.Mention the project that you did in your software course, even if you have not done in your institute, get it from friends,, But get all the details about the project
4.When you are shifting from BPO to software, I don’t think people will mind what you did in BPO and what you were,…. So , stress on the skill that you have in testing in the first page and you are interested in Testing,..Like good in Functional testing or Performance or if you have any Automated tool knowledge , put these details in the first page.
5.You can mention the institute name if it’s a reputed one from where you completed the testing course
6.Instead of just listing the tool names as you have given under Software Courses, mention the areas in which you are good at in testing. You can also mention your strengths in your skill set.

Try incorporating these in your resume. I am sure these will make a change!
