I ve cleared ISTQB Foundation level 1 yr back now I am preparing for advaned level (CTAL) Functional. Please provide me question papers & study material for this....

I also would like to know if Advanced level too has only objective type or does it have subjective questions also?
Also i dont know whether one has to give all 3 exams together or seperately.
The weightage durartion & time & type of questions asked?
I have heard that u need to pass all 3 papers to get advanced level certificate, Is it true..
I need guidance & study material.
Pls advise.
