Static Testing involves going through the code in order to find out any possible defects in the code. where as Dynamic Testing involves executing the code and analysign the output.

Static testing is nothing but verification of requirements, going thru documents,

Dynamic Testing, Purely validating the Application whether it is designed based on the requirement.

Can anybody send me the docs (dummy), which are used in manual testing (eg - test policy,test strategy,test methodology, test design,test case,test script,FRS,SRS, BRS tracebility matrix), to see how these dummies look like, so I can get direction in preparing such type of documents.
Please do the needful..... .Thanks for sharing the information. .
