Rep Power: 5 | Important interview suggestion Hi guys, This is not for freshers. Whenever anyone of you goes for an interview(with experience behind you),you must be knowing that the most important thing would be your resuem. In the sense that almost 90% of your interview would be based on your resume and the projects that you have done. The current project and the one before that would be stressed and also knowledge of other back projects is also must. Definitions and faq s need not be thought of bcos no one will ask you those. You must be familier with EACH and EVERY word of your resume.Dont add in any sentence or word or technology just bcos your friend had added it or bcos maybe it wud make your resume nice.No-Instead if you fail to answer a question on that you would be messing up things for your self and would be creating an embrassing picture of yourself. Roles and contributions section in each project is very important and if you put in here something you dont know and if the interviewer asks you a question on that-then bang-u have eliminated yourself. Apart from the technology or domain on which you have experience if you dont know anything else-then its ok.But dont put up some language that you dont know bcos a company calls you after seeing your resume bcos they have requirement on what you know and not on what you dont know. If they ask you abt some new technology that you dont know and that you havnt put in your resume then just tell them that you are willing to learn. Even while explaining things give examples based on your projects and AVOID general examples. Remember a guy with experience has more responsibility than a fresher. |
