Rep Power: 6 | Re: not getting calls The above guys given good reasons for you. These are some I want to add: 1)while apply for job, specify exp, and domain exp(if relavent) in the subject line itself. 2)Try to given ur overall objective with brief description in cover letter. 3)If you are exp. candidate, Specify your Experience profile in some 10-12 points(based on exp.) in the first page itself. I think these are the points where the recruiting teams concentrate first, if they get related info about the candidate vs. profile they need, then only they move forward in resume, otherwise they may skip your resume. As per my knowledge, most of the recruiters take only 5-10 sec's to view one's resume. So, its our responsibility to get our resume into their concentration in this time. Bye shiri |

Rep Power: 9 | There may have many reasons for not getting calls, as Others said. Plzzzzzzzzzz check the following list and apply with all the job sites and see the result. 1. Do u have experience ? 2. Show ur resume to the right person who can review ur resume . I have written many points on Resume presentation, try to search in forum. 3. Company name if experienced for reputation reason 4. Projects that u kept should be genuin and looks like real-time. 5. Properly focus of ur functional skill sets. like this many things are there to work on. First assess ur points and retune ur resume and see the result All the best
