Vizual Business Tools Pvt Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of One Click HR Plc, the United Kingdom’s largest Human Resources solutions and service provider. The company was established in November 2000 as a dedicated offshore development and support operation for the Group, and is based at Tidel Park in Chennai (formerly Madras), a world class dedicated Information Technology Park. From this office we provide a range of services to our related group companies and global customer base.
Vizual Business Tools, established in 1996, has built its reputation on a philosophy that remains simple and is still taking the company from strength to strength - to provide customers with quality solutions that are easy to use, quick to deploy and offer exceptional value for money.

In 2004, a new generation of HR software solutions was launched. HR.net is designed to meet both current and future business needs and is a break from the past - it introduces a whole new way of managing your workforce data, processes and policies and contains all the functionality you need to manage the entire employee lifecycle in one solution.

Developed using the latest web-based technology HR.net is far more configurable, easier to deploy with lower cost of ownership than any other enterprise HR solution on the market.

HR.net has been written in Microsoft .NET, one of the most advanced development environments available. Entirely web based, end users access HR.net via a web browser removing the need for high maintenance client software.

Vizual Business Tools is part of OneClickHR plc. The group expanded in 2001 to include online HR services (OneClickHR.com is the UK’s busiest personnel portal), HR outsourcing, staff training and development and workplace time and access recording solutions.

The two group founders are still actively involved in the business, and Vizual Business Tools now has 140 employees with offices in Beckenham (sales and administration), Weston-Super-Mare (development, support and payroll bureau), and Chennai, India (product development centre).
