Job Description:
The person need to provide the technical leadership to their teams and are responsible for all client deliverables as per the project processes and guidelines.

TESTER- 2-4 YRS EXP.


TEST LEAD with at 4 years or more on testing.
Expertise in Integration testing, Regression testing.
Proficient in all aspects of software testing, including at least familiarity with automated testing with WinRunner, QTP and other such tools.
Create release work plan, including estimating level of efforts, establishing key milestones, allocating resources, tracking actuals, and managing team to the release plan through the entire software development life cycle (SDLC).
Expertise in preparation of test plans, test strategy, test case design and test execution.
Measure and monitor progress during each test phase to ensure that the project is tested, validated, and released on time.
Follow-up with client development teams to provide the necessary information for defect resolution and environment issues.
Analyze performance test results and make performance recommendations.
Proficiency in conducting reviews or work products created at various stages of projects.
Good experience in using the requirement and design specifications to define the test strategy and plans.
