. C++ , VC++ , MFC , COM , OOAD , SDLC , Design pattern preffered
.C#.net (Winforms), XML (ASP.net is not required)

Exp : 2- 6 years
IT - Open System/Microsoft Technologies

Senior Software Design Lead
- Expert in Software development using C,C++ and / or C# on windows platform
- strong background in OOAD and through understanding of various design patterns
-Working exp of various SDLC models (like waterfall/iterative/ Agile).
-Requirement engineering experience for technical work , Should be able to develop Functional specification for Marketing requirement specifications. System Architecture specifications and system requirement in specifications
- Expert in Config management experience for leading a team of around 6-8 membaers knowledge in Medical domain software is prefferred.

Exp: 7 - 9 years

IT - QA & Testing

Skills:
- Add on knowledge are preferred; latest testing techniques
-Tools knowledge : JUNIT, Mercury Test Director & OS : Windows/Linux
-Domain knowledge essential : industrial Automation & Control (PLC, DCS).

Qualification for the above positions:
-ME/MTech / BE / Btech / MCA or Msc
- Industrial Automation , Medical Domain or Any other Product Development organization
- Good communication with interpersonal skills along with a proven ability to interact with customers is a must for all positions.
