L1 - Desktop Support Engineer
Role: System Administrator

Mandatory – MCP, MCSE, MCSA or CCNA
Desirable – MCP Or Good in Trouble shooting skills L2 Skills
Responsibilities :-
Complete Owner ship of any task assigned related to the Operating System and Applications Specific to the site the engineer is been placed
Trouble shooting skill on Windows 2000/XP /2003 / Win NT/Win 2K/XP
Knowledge on Hardware Assembling and troubleshooting
Knowledge on DNS, WINS, DHCP, RAS Remote connectivity Tools
Installation and trouble shooting skills on all Microsoft Applications and Software’s.
Should know basics of Networking.
Polite Customers interaction, attitude and Quick Analysis of problems is required.
Experience: 1 to 2 years

Network Engineer – L1
Mandatory - Should install, configure and operate LAN, WAN and dial access services for small networks (150 nodes or fewer), including but not limited to use of these protocols: IP, RIP, Serial, VLANs, Ethernet, Access List, ISDN BRI
Desirable – Should have very good understanding on systems and good understanding on networking basics.
CCNA and MCSE is preferable
Experience: 1 – 2+yrs
Responsibilities:
Configuration and customization of IP routing gateways.
Handling Escalated Technical problem.
Local Area Network cabling for Ethernet technology.
Looking after the LAN networking for the shared Ethernet connective
