Job Description
* Have to call and verify the information which is available of employee's details
* Exceptional PC aptitude and Internet experience
* Day-to-day operations Adhere to the process guidelines.
* Adhere to client SLAs & Quality
* Regular reporting into immediate superiors
* Exposure with US clients

Desired Candidate Profile
* Should have very good communication skills
* Must have worked with US / UK Process
* Should be target oriented
* Willingness to work in Multi tasking environment
