Here's the oppurtunity you have been waiting for , we are hiring freshers (2007 passouts only) as IT heldesk/Technical support executives (voice based) for our IMS unit - Bangalore.

You will be taken through a intensive technical & soft skills training programme which will prepare you to handle international clients. Once on the job your profile will be as below-

Job Description :
- Trouble Shooting in MS Office, Windows OS, Internet explorer, Lotus Notes / Outlook
- Exposure to Ticketing and Remote connect tools,PC Hardware Environment, Printers, UNIX.
- Pleasant, professional, and courteous personality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to diffuse volatile situations when distressed or irate customers call for support
- Use initiative to find ways of solving incidents. Clear and logical thought processes are required to identify causes of an incident
- Able to listen to a caller explain the incident, determine the probable cause, and logically take the caller through a step-by-step problem determination procedure, using telephone support
- Able to categorize an incident correctly for call tracking and logging purposes

You need to have the below pre-requisites to apply for this role -
Qualification:
- BSC / BCA /BA/BCom/BBA/BBM/3 yr Diploma - any non-engineering graduation (Full time education with 60% & above in 10th, 12th , & Graduation)
- Excellent communication skills is mandatory
- Willingness to work in 24/7
- Willingness to sign 2 years bond
