Job Description:
Coordinating with Hotels for Airport pick up / stay duration etc. Making arrangements for Lunches & Dinner for project.
Supervising Stationary, Maintaining Records
Supervising Pantry
Coordinating with Travel Agent for tickets and Visa for Employees who are traveling to project site.
Arranging meetings, conferences. Booking Conference rooms etc.
Other coordination required in the department.
