Java Developers/Team Lead

1)Pre-Requisites:

A) Primary ( Essential ) Technical / Managerial Skills - Project experience in any of these J2EE stack i.e. Spring / Hibernate / Struts2
Must be good at UI areas like JSP programming along with Struts.

B) Secondary ( Desirable ) Technical / Managerial Skills-PL/SQL related experience in case if present & Experience with Java JDK 1.5 and above is a plus.

Special Requirements -Candidate can have project experience related to banking domain.

2) Proposed Role & Responsibilities:

Responsibilities-Would be involved in the development of modules using the technologies in the J2EE stack.

Soft / Behavioural Skills- Good Communication skills

Project experience in any of these J2EE stack i.e. Spring / Hibernate / Struts2.
Must be good at UI areas like JSP programming along with Struts.

Educational Qualification: BE / B Tech / ME / M Tech / MCA / MCM /B.Sc/M.Sc
Experience: 1 -4 years
