Source Majeure provides a number of Human Resource related services to Japanese organization. These include Business Intelligence Consulting and Off-shoring. Our
clients and partners include DHL, Walmart, Toyota, IBM.

Software Engineer:
The responsibilities of the candidate include working on various Japanese projects and delivering assigned work on time. The ideal candidate should have the following skills:
Technical Skill Set:
> Candidate must have JAVA or C# development high skills and can manage to do Agile development with existing framework. JAVA (including Struts) or C#
> Having basic knowledge of Database like MySQL, ORACLE, DB2
> Having excellent reading ability and writing source code which can be shared with other members.
> Candidate should have skill set in Hibernate or spring or AndroMDA
> Knowledge of HTML, XML, XHTML is preferred.
Soft skill set:
> Candidate having excellent communication skill,
> Should be career minded and able to work independently, as well as in team
> Strong inter-personal skills
> Office productivity software knowledge like Microsoft > Powerpoint, Excel, Word, with typing skill of 60 wpm.
> Having ability to trace, search and solve problems with programming spontaneously.
> Excellent problem solving skill.
Candidate Profile:
Graduates in computers/ B.E/ B.Tech/ MCA/ Msc, with 5-7 yrs of experience preferred.
