Systems Analyst/Tech Lead - J2EE Professionals with Spring Framework
1) Should have Springs implementation experience. (mandatory)
2) Should have experience in Spring MVC, Spring and Hibernate (Hibernate knowledge is not mandatory), Springs AOP, Springs transaction management and exception handling.
3) Knowledge on Hibernate and Springs Webflow will be a good value add.
4) Sound in Core Java and OOPS concepts.
5) Should have Design experience :
a. Experience in UML design and in designing modules on the Springs framework, should be able to design modules independently. Leading design initiatives experience would be a value add but not mandatory.
