- Knowledge of operation and management of iSeries (AS400), ZSeries (IBM Mainframe), VMS Systems and middleware operations like DB2 etc.
- Working knowledge of Tivoli suite of products, HP open view or any other monitoring tool
- Knowledge on Change Management Process, Event Monitoring, Incident management
- Troubleshooting, Batch Processing, problem handling & administration

Network & Telecom (Job Code: GCC/03/L1 L2 TL)
- Good understanding of networking related concepts and technologies

- Knowledge of Storage Systems, back up and recovery procedures

- Experience on Unix/Linux Server Operations, different hardware environment and standard operation procedures

Windows (Job Code: GCC/06/L1 L2 TL)
- Experience on Windows 2000/2003 Server Operations and Event Management, Change Management, Batch Processing and Incident Management
- Experience in different hardware environment and standard operations procedures
- Knowledge of Windows Security Hardening, Tivoli suite of products or HP open view or any other monitoring tool
- Advanced troubleshooting in Windows Environment

Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS)
