Job Description:
Candidate will be responsible for providing remote support for servers for Incident, Production, Change, Query and Service Level Management.
Mandatory Skills:
Windows OS, Backup management and administration, Server management, Antivirus management and administration, Troubleshooting and installations
DNS, Antivirus, Exchange, RAID
Should have experience between 3-10 years in the IT industry with minimum 2 years experience on Windows - System administration
Should be open to a 24/7 environment
Preferred Skills:
Networking. ITIL or ISO knowledge desired.
Knowledge of any “Ticket Management Systems” will be an advantage.

Education: Graduate in any stream / SSC+3 yrs Diploma from recognized university
