Job Description:
Walk-in Interviews – Experienced Windows Network / Server Administrator or Desktop Support Engineer to manage the IT Infrastructure.

Job Summary:
•Troubleshooting problems with networks, Operatingsystems and any other hardware related issues.
•Continuously update their knowledge of Operating Systems, Server, Desktop Operating Systems
/Modems / Routers and Hardware topics.
•Trouble shoot hardware, software and network issues.
•Install client O/S and software, connect PC's to network and configure new ISP’s.
•Daily virus, anti Spyware prevention measures on all systems/servers.
•Creating regular backup’s from server using external back up device.
•Maintaining all computers in LAN environment.
•Troubleshooting virus related problems.
•Reporting & documentation of the activities.

What we want:
•Atleast 6 months of genuine experience with similar responsibility.
•Good Hardware and Operating System knowledge.
•Advanced knowledge and troubleshooting of Windows
Server 2000/2003 and Win XP.
•Ability and desire to learn new skills quickly.
•Effectively communicate issues and resolutions to all levels of the organization.
•Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive customer and internal information.

Desired Candidate Profile:
•The candidate must have completed System and Network Administration course.
•Minimum 50% marks across academics.
•Candidates should have completed Polytecnic, ITI, or Non-Engineering degree with Networking related diploma. Candidate should be hard working, responsible and honest individual.
