Mandatory Skills:
1. Experience to Siebel CRM application
2. Exposure to eCommunications
3. Siebel configuration, scripting, workflows experience
4. Good PLSQL skills

Desired Skills :
1. Siebel experience in integration
2. Experience in telecom domain
3. eCommunications functional knowledge

Job Description :
Resolving the operational issues on daily basis which require changes to system from backend as well as front end
Communicating with other modules/teams in understanding the issue
Consolidated status reporting on timely basis
Should be willing to extend support on week days and weekends
Should be able to take decision based on the issue description after discussion with peers

Years of Experience : 3- 6 yrs

Eligibility Criteria :
Consistent academic records Class X onwards (Minimum 50%)
Candidates interviewed by us in the last 6 months are not eligible
Only Full Time courses would be considered - BE / BTech / ME / MTech / MCA / M.Sc / MBA only
Candidates with more than 2 years break in their academic / professional career will not be considered
